Sobre o fechamento do Estreito de Ormuz como violação do direito internacional

A war of aggression is defined as the planning, initiation, or execution of a military conflict without self-defense justification, often aimed at territorial gain. The Nuremberg Tribunal famously labeled it the "supreme international crime" because it contains "the accumulated evil of the whole", as it encompasses all other war crimes.

Quem inicia uma guerra de agressão é o máximo responsável por todo o mal subsequente, dado que se trata de um crime internacional supremo.

Não é o fim do direito internacional, que sempre foi um jogo de sombras refletidas na parede da caverna. É o fim da ficção que encenava o seu justo funcionamento.
